John Arch is a Fellow in the American College of Health Care Executives. He received his Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a Master of Arts Degree from Western Seminary in Clinical/Counseling Psychology. John served as Director of Boys Town National Research Hospital ® from 2011 to 2018. Prior to being named Director, he served as the hospital's administrator for 18 years. Boys Town National Research Hospital is internationally recognized for research and treatment of hearing loss in children.
